Weekend at a Glance: Seasons Change #81
Autumn is by far my favorite time of year. The vivid colors of the foliage, cool breezes, the warmth from the sun kissing your skin, cuddling and comfort food all remind me of love. It's almost as if the world is telling us to be still and enjoy life. After spending my entire Saturday in bed, I made my way to the Chomp and Stomp Chili Cookoff and Bluegrass Festival. I swear, there is a festival for any and everything in Atlanta. I love it.Of course I would randomly run into my cousin. She's everywhere, lol.I thought I knew Cabbagetown but apparently not. So many cute houses and lofts in the area. The only reason I knew about this festival is because of Spencer of Black Tie Catering. He posted a picture the night before about being a vendor and of course I would show up. :)My homie Chris joined me all late.Sunday night I attended the one year anniversary party of Salon A La Saison. My stylist Tammi gets my hair bone straight here while I sip on champagne and watch reruns of The Game. By far the best looking salon I've ever been to. I mean, does your salon have a bar with crystal chandeliers hanging from the ceiling? No? Mkay.Hor d'oeuvres, champagne, SERIOUS gift bags, music and great fun. Good night.
