Weekend at a Glance: Margarita's and Puma's #86

Church means something so different to me as an adult. Growing up, I couldn't wait to go because it meant seeing my friends. In high school and college, I felt obligated to go. Now as an adult, "church" is wherever I experience God. These days, when I do attend a service, I'm glad I can go dressed down. No more "church clothes". Lol.If you're open to a new worship experience, I'd recommend Progression Church. It's small but filled with beautifully spirited people. After service, and in honor of National Margarita Day, a few of my friends and I had lunch at The Original El Taco. Then we took a stroll around the Atlanta belt line.I've always wanted to know what was in the area but I had no idea it would be a skate park. Super cool. You can't pass by graffiti without having an impromptu photo shoot. Lol.Later on, I went to an event called The Girls of Blaze at Epitome shoe store. If you've been under a rock for the last few months, you probably didn't hear that Solange Knowles is the new Artistic Director for Puma. Such a perfect opportunity for her!Funny story. I really wanted to get this gig writing a review on a pair of Puma's but never got a call back. Then I went to this event and won a pair for FREE. So...yay.Me, posed with Puma's North American National Sales Manager, Scott Saltzman. Thanks for coming Mims!
