Women who are truly passionate about women are a sight to behold. As I always say, when you find a pure soul, you keep them around. This is exactly how I feel about Diamonde.
Tell us your name, where you’re from and what you do.My name is Diamonde Williamson and I'm loving, ambitious and passionate. I write, speak and aspire to be on television. I'm also the Founder of Pledge To Be Bella, a women's empowerment group based in Atlanta. Currently, I'm at Kennesaw State University pursuing another bachelor's degree, this time in Journalism. I just want to empower women for a living.How would you describe your style?
FUN! Very school prep. I'm inspired by shops like J.Crew and Kate Spade.a) As someone who is always on the go, why is versatility important for your wardrobe?It's important to stay fly everywhere you go. I enjoy going out, but I also have to make sure I'm fly when I go to meetings. That's who I am.b) How would you suggest a young professional woman take an outfit from meeting to happy hour?Take one classic piece like a white button down, casual printed pants, or simple black dress and add something edgy like a motorcycle jacket and some hoop earrings. LOVE a good hoop.
What celebrity inspires your style and why?I love Angela Simmons, Nicole Ritchie and Vanessa Hudgens because they're so versatile. They can all go from boho to luxe to super cute and casual. I don't like to just stick to one style.If you had to give all of your clothes away, what are five things that you would keep?My white button down, boyfriend jeans, black motorcycle jacket, denim shirt and floral dress.What does having style mean to you?It's just another way to express myself and show my personality. I'm vibrant and I want to show that to people!
What advice would you give to someone trying to find their own style?Just wear what you like and you feel best in but don't be afraid to try new styles. Take a risk!
