Peanut butter banana smoothie
So. Remember at the beginning of the year, I was making green smoothies? That didn't last long, lol. I tried. My friend told me about a new smoothie that sounded interesting. My appetite has been on and off lately, so being able to add whey protein in this smoothie was perfect. Needless to say, I've been drinking this morning and night for the past week and I absolutely LOVE it!!!! My mother asked if that's all I eat. I did substitute dinner for it last night so...yea. It's just so filling and yummylicious.
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 scoop of whey protein
- 4 ice cubes
- flax seeds
- milk
- peanut butter
- honey
- oatmeal
- vanilla yogurt
- vanilla extract

one scoop of whey protein of your choice
top it off with four ice cubes and blend
I use the half cup because a full cup twice a day would be entirely too much dairy and protein. You'd be on the toilet ALL DAY.Anyway. I think you should really try it. Put that fried chicken down.
