Haiti, one year after the unimaginable earthquake changed their lives, the resilient people press forward. I know it's hard for many of us here to see what we would possibly do to help but a little goes a long way.

1. If you believe in a higher power, say a prayer.
2. If you've been blessed financially, give what you can. Support organizations like Heart of Haiti. They've partnered up with Macy's in aiding Haitian artisans to sell their work.
3. Be thankful and count your blessings. We have more than enough.
