This morning as I was driving to work, I noticed a faint glimpse of a rainbow. Now we all know rainbows come as frequently as a blue moon. This was the first time I've seen one after it has NOT rained. How rare is that?However infrequent rainbows may be, they are always something to marvel at when seen.
